To take advantage of our new packages, customers are required to sign a 36-month monitoring agreement (24 months for California residents). Your monthly pricing is locked in during the contract period, so you won’t encounter surprise price increases.

You can absolutely get protection at your new address. You should contact us at least 30 days before you move so we can eliminate the early cancellation charges of your existing agreement. We’ll then discuss what you want at your new location and schedule an installation.
